We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose security risks to our platform or other users. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting our customer support team.

Upon account termination, you will lose access to saved information, order history, and any accumulated benefits. Outstanding orders will be processed according to their existing terms, and applicable refund policies will remain in effect.


3. Product Information and Availability

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate and comprehensive product descriptions, specifications, and imagery. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our platform are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Product specifications are subject to change by manufacturers without prior notice.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our platform are in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Our pricing includes applicable taxes and duties as required by Bahraini law. Additional charges such as delivery fees, installation costs, or extended warranty options will be clearly indicated during the checkout process before final payment confirmation.

Pre-order items and products marked as "coming soon" are subject to manufacturer release schedules and may experience delays. We will provide estimated availability dates and update you on any changes to expected delivery timelines.

3.4 Product Warranties

All products sold through our platform come with manufacturer warranties as specified in the product documentation. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product and manufacturer. We facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty policies or their enforcement.

4. Orders and Transactions

4.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through our platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by TechZone Bahrain. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

4.2 Order Confirmation

Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details, estimated delivery timeframe, and tracking information when available. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but serves as acknowledgment of receipt.

Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products or provide confirmation of availability for pickup. Until acceptance, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after order placement. Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, modifications may not be possible. To request changes or cancellations, contact our customer support team immediately.

Cancellation requests will be honored if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If cancellation is not possible, you may return the products according to our return policy once received. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery throughout Bahrain. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location, product availability, and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically occurs within 2-5 business days for in-stock items within Manama and surrounding areas.

Remote areas or locations outside standard delivery zones may experience extended delivery times or additional charges. Specific delivery timeframes will be provided during checkout based on your delivery address.

5.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order value, weight, dimensions, and delivery location. These costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. We periodically offer promotional periods with reduced or complimentary shipping for qualifying orders.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery during standard business hours. A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes. If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier will leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or collection.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may result in additional charges or order cancellation.

5.4 Tracking and Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS. You can monitor your delivery status through our website or by contacting customer support. We recommend tracking your shipment regularly to ensure timely receipt.

5.5 Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery problems, including damaged packages, missing items, or delayed shipments, contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work toward a satisfactory resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or compensation as appropriate.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence of damage may be required to process claims efficiently.


6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or technical reasons:

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events

6.4 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

The Botellco brand name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of TechZone Bahrain. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content from our platform
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
